Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and European countries. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order in our store.

SHIPPING, PROCESSING & ORDER TIMES
Order Processing Time 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Delivery Time 6–10 business days (Monday–Friday)

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total estimated wait time from order placement is approximately 7–12 business days.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

In rare cases, tracking information may not update in real time — however, your order is still on its way and will be delivered.

If you experience any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly in the first instance.

DELIVERY DELAYS

We do our best to ensure all orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control.

If you have waited 3 or more days beyond your expected delivery date and have not yet received your order, please contact us at contact@coras-copper.com and we will look into it for you.

MISSING OR SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions or product availability. Items in the same order may occasionally come from different locations, meaning not everything will necessarily arrive at the same time.

If you receive part of your order but not all of it, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for the remaining items to arrive before reaching out to us.
